Mental Health and the Workplace

Mental Health is getting more attention, resources and intervention than ever since the pandemic happened.  In this session we will dive into trends of mental health in the workplaces and  discuss what mental illness is and how it can affect employees’ performance.  In addition, we will explore resources available to employers and companies to use to promote mental health wellness in the workplace.
